Our mission is to build up and rejuvenate the community we call home. Over 10 years ago New Tech Construction extended innovative and quality work from residential construction to the local businesses of South Chicagoland. The same attention to detail is harnessed to create an aesthetic experience for your customers and a functional space for your business.

Mark is someone who loves a challenge. He faces issues that occur during the construction process as opportunities rather than obstacles.  Obviously when completing a build out of a bakery in a space that used to be a clothing store, there were challenges that arose.  On many occasions during our bakery build out, contractors would come up with reasons why something could not be done the way the architect drew it.  In each of these instances Mark utilized his expertise to devise solutions that in many cases were better than the original plan and more in line with our specifications.  He has the ability to liaison between clients and contractors without losing details in the translation.

Mark has gone above and beyond what I expect from a general contractor.  From the design phase to now years after our project is complete, he never makes me feel that he is going out of his way for my requests...even though he is.

Orland Park Bakery

Our most recent accomplishment was the remodeling of a 1920's bank into La Banque Hotel and

La Voute Restaurant of Homewood, IL. Brought on by the owner after developing a professional relationship through the years of reconstructive work for the centenarian Ravisloe Country Club. Mark understood the values and vision of Dr. Claude Gendreau and was willing to implement these principles in a sustainable rejuvenation at the heart of town. New Tech Construction brought on a force of skilled labor able to drill through the preexisting vault walls and capable of creating an intimate lighting background. In collaboration with Linden Group Architects, the hotel and restaurant came together as a franco inspired piece of art, unlike anything of the Southern Chicago suburbs.
